If for some reason, AccessShield PRO is not compatible with your server, your client, doesn’t work or perform as you were expecting, you are eligible for a refund.
You’ll have up to 7 days after the date of your purchase to request a refund. To do so, please contact our customer support here. After your refund has been completed, your account will be terminated and you will no longer have access to and will no longer hold a valid license to use AccessShield PRO.
Refunds may take up to 28 days to be processed. Payment processor fees may not be included in the final refund.
